Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy for Online Courses

 

Registering for one of our online classes serves as a commitment to training and an agreement to the policies outlined below.

Registration

Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration. All prerequisites for each class must be met before the start of class or registrant will be removed from the roster with no refund or transfer option.  Any outstanding balances must be paid in full by no later than 14 days prior to the start date of the course, unless other payment arrangements are made.

Class Cancellation

Affinity Wellness Education reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason up to 7 calendar days before the start date.  Class cancellations may happen if the minimum enrollment is not met.  In the rare event that this occurs, we will either refund all tuition paid towards the associated class or transfer the registration to another space-available class (within the next 6 months).

Registrant Cancellation

If a registrant cancels her/his registration with at least 30 days remaining before the start date of the course, the registrant is eligible for a refund or a transfer of registration to a space-available course within the next 6 months from the original course’s start-date. 

If a registrant cancels her/his registration with between 29 and 10 days remaining before the start date of the course, the registrant is eligible for a registration transfer and is not eligible for a refund unless the registrant has a new medical condition that prevents the registrant from participating in class or there’s an emergency medical condition or death in the registrant’s immediate

If a registrant cancels her/his registration with 10 days or less remaining before the start date of the course, the registrant is not eligible for a refund unless the registrant has a new medical condition that prevents the registrant from participating in class or there’s an emergency medical condition or death in the registrant’s immediate family.

No Show

No refunds or transfers are eligible in any instance of a no-show.

Continuing Education Credits

Participants must be present for the entire course to receive NCBTMB Continuing Education credits – partial course hours are not offered.  Any hours missed in class will need to be made up with the instructor at their discretion and at their hourly rate.
