Explorations in Trauma: Part 3

In this live online class, we engage in interactive exercises designed for anyone to support others experiencing shock or developmental trauma.  First we practice Shock Trauma First Aid skills together.  Then we practice skills in relating and supporting others with developmental trauma, as well as exploring these ideas within ourselves.  Exercises include a strong focus on curiosity, acceptance, and reinforcing agency.  Prerequisite: Part 1 and Part 2.
